Best Lettings Agents in BS8 for the second year in a row

We are very excited to have been named the best lettings agents in BS8 postcode of Bristol by the The British Property Awards, a national letting agency award provider - for the second year in a row!

Caro Hannawin, senior lettings manager said; "It all happened quite quickly and we were very surprised when we received the call to say we'd won again.

"While we've been based in the Arcade in Clifton Village for nearly four years not having a high street presence does mean we are not quite as visible as some agents so we are pleased that our customer service levels clearly shine through."

The British Property Awards (BPA) was created by a dedicated team of previous Estate Agency owners who believe that the industry is unfairly judged by some consumers, due to the shortcomings of some estate agents. A recent poll suggested that just 25% of consumers trust Estate Agents, making it the second least trusted profession.

The BPA passionately believe that agents who provide a fantastic service and go that extra mile for their clients, should be rewarded and highlighted for their endeavours. They independently assess estate agents against a set of 25 criteria, most of which is often overlooked by the clients and certainly overlooked before they decide to get in contract with an agent.
