Suzy Bradley first came to Bristol at the age of 18 as a student. She studied Geography followed by a post-graduate diploma in European business. Suzy then moved to London working in the city for UBS & Merrill Lynch.
Having loved her time at Bristol, Suzy returned to the city in 2002 where she worked for a local stockbroking firm. Her passion and interest in property saw Suzy set up Bradley Residential in 2004 steadily building the management portfolio over the last 16 years.
Suzy now lives in Ibiza where she works remotely for the business. Something she couldn’t do without her amazing team in Bristol! Suzy comes back to Bristol every 6 weeks or so to catch up with the team and her landlords.
Tonya Paul moved to Bristol in 2000 from London where she studied Fashion Design and Marketing at the University of East London. Having graduated she went on to having a buying career for major department stores and The National Trust before moving into promotional buying.
After starting a family in Bristol she then ran her own small business in Clifton. It was here that she met Suzy and shortly after joined the Bradley & Co team. MARLA qualified ,Tonya is passionate about property and this spills into her work. Outside of work her love lies with sport (if not her own she is found on the side lines watching her sons play rugby), socializing and spending time with her husband, two sons and her beloved dog.
Anna Cockram has 17 years’ experience of the Bristol rental market. Anna prides herself in having an enthusiastic, personal and professional approach and will strive hard to get you the best price for your rental property, while maintaining a high quality service for our landlords.
Anna enjoys socialising, travelling and spending time with her partner and young family. That’s when she’s not working hard for us!
Caroline Hannawin moved to Bristol in 1997 to attend university studying languages, fell in love with the city (and her husband) and has lived here ever since. She has worked previously for a major Bristol Estate Agent before moving to Medics on the Move and now has over 15 years of experience managing property portfolios on behalf of landlords. She has acquired a comprehensive understanding of the local lettings market in Bristol and always strive to exceed expectations.
Caroline loves meeting new people and has a large network of contacts and friends. This means that this job is well suited to her talents and skills. When at home in the Chew Valley, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter Olivia. She leads an active social life and has recently returned to playing the clarinet (after 20 years!!)
She has a breezy disposition and always makes people smile.
Kayt Peters rejoined the Bradley & Co team after two years living in the North of Scotland. Working on the sales side of the business, she has recently attained her NAEA Level 3 sales qualification. She prides herself on her attention to detail, her approachable manner and making the whole buying and selling process as stress-free as possible for her clients.
Kayt is also a fully qualified personal trainer, and loves a punchy Body Combat class or a heart-pumping HIIT session. She is also a ‘Run Angel’ for the This Mum Runs group in Bristol, leading runs in her local area and is always on the lookout for exciting new routes to try.
A mum of one and a military wife, Kayt’s life is constantly on the go – and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Fiona Dando has recently joined the sales team at Bradley & Co having worked as a sales negotiator in Clifton Village for twelve years. She has an extensive knowledge of the local Clifton property market and has also sold many properties, on behalf of clients, both private and corporate, in the City Centre, Temple Quay area and the Harbourside. She is passionate about property and believes in offering a bespoke service to clients on the basis that no two transactions are the same.
Originally from Yorkshire, Fiona has lived in Clifton for thirty five years and is a true convert to the Bristol way of life, believing it is the best place to live and work in the UK. She is married with three grown up children and likes socialising with family and friends and travelling.
